Kamil Osman1 StarPLEASE AVOID! Horrific experience with this company. Where to even begin. Started in the summer of 2023 for a 3m kitchen extension which ended up taking them 7 months to complete! They broke our existing kitchen and left the house exposed and then disappeared for 2 months during winter with no heating. Then reappeared and tried to rush everything, extremely inflexible, super last minute, no warning of when they were coming or going or it was a case of “we’re coming now or it’ll be in 2 weeks”, every conversation felt threatening or we were being forced into a decision. They de-speced everything that was initially planned and promised to reduced their costs. Multiple jobs had to be repeated due to cowboy contractors messing up the first time around. Poor quality materials used, kitchen floor was left uneven, inadequate heating in the kitchen and open floor living room, poor patchwork to damage done to existing walls, the list is endless!Saturday 9th March 2024

we have received fantastic communication from Bernie regarding when his team will arrive to start work, all works have been completed on time as stated.

Communication was excellent all my questions answered.
Phil and Mick are a complete credit to the company they took the stress out of a stressful situation. They were always on time and so respectful to my property I’m so happy with the work carried out they really went over and above to make sure I was happy with the finished article!

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, but most importantly the fitters did and exceptionally clean and high quality job.
